Marine Employment Development Site with deep water access

An 8.64 acre site with outline planning for mixed employment use and detailed planning consent for boat building is available for developers or prospective owner occupiers.

Centenary Quay in Southampton comprises a mixed use scheme with development underway for 1,620 dwellings, a supermarket, nursery, retail and leisure and further land available for mixed employment use.

Centenary Quay is located on the east bank of the River Itchen, opposite Ocean Village Marina and downstream from the Itchen Bridge.

The Marine Employment Quarter comprises a strategic site on the River Itchen, forming part of Centenary Quay, the regeneration of the former VT Shipbuilding site in Woolston, Southampton. The Marine Employment Quarter provides about 8.64 acres of cleared land with deep water access (up to 6m, subject to dredging), alongside an existing quay.
