SEEDA Waterfront MareNet event, Monday 23rd June 2008 4.00-6.30pm

The long awaited findings from the SEEDA Waterfront Strategy Research will be presented and debated in an open forum MareNet event taking place on Monday 23rd June 2008.

Registration for the event will begin at 3.45pm with presentations starting at 4.00pm promptly and a networking reception concluding proceedings at 6.30pm.

The event will include presentations from a number of people who have been closely involved in this comprehensive research to look at the impact, implications and importance of the waterfront for the continued growth of the marine sector. Presentations will include:

- Main findings from the SEEDA Waterfront Strategy Research both economic impact and planning and land-use
- SEEDA's view of strategic waterfront sites and response to the research and its findings
- Open discussion on the implementation of the findings and actions for the future

This event is important for all marine companies interested in the future growth of the sector and is your chance to interact with SEEDA on this vital and important issue.

The event will conclude with a networking reception over refreshments and canapés which has been kindly sponsored by Hampshire County Council.

There is no charge for this event but please be courteous and give at least 72 hours notice of cancellation.
