Chairman’s Up-date on current topics affecting brokers and agents. Bill Bullimore will look at the latest activities from ABYA including Client Account guidance and the new member mentoring scheme. Nick Ryley will look at the new Consumer Credit Act and how the cooling-off period will affect sales and Jane Gentry will explain the new Customs Warehousing scheme for the sale of ex-VAT boats in the UK.
