Southampton Welcome - Customer Services training for hospitality businesses of Southampton in 2008
Based on the successful Welcome Host one-day customer service course, Southampton Welcomes is a specially tailored training programme which will motivate employees to take pride in and promote Southampton as a vibrant, modern city with a rich cultural heritage.
The programme includes a one day Southampton Welcome Host course designed to help acquire new customer service and communication skills, and a practical 1⁄2 day workshop designed to improve knowledge of local facilities and services. Marine service companies in the area may find this course particularly useful and if you fit the eligibility criteria the course is free!
