Going for Growth is an exciting and innovative project designed to enable companies to achieve growth within 12 months. It is delivered in partnership with Pera - a leading player in the field of management development and training - and offers the opportunity to:
• grow your business more quickly and achieve increased profits
• develop a robust growth strategy for the next stage of development
How does it work?
Owner managers can take part in Pera's "Encouraging Growth Training Programme". It will take place in a workshop environment and group like-minded ambitious owner managers or MDs together. The programme fee will be substantially subsidised by the Going for Growth project. The total value for core and optional workshops on the Pera Encouraging Growth Training Programme is £1000. The subsidised cost to participants in the Going for Growth scheme is £385.00 (including VAT).
