SMI has partnered with DIT to organise a trade mission to Brazil, 19th – 21st March 2018.

The mission will be based in Rio de Janeiro and the focal point will be the Tuesday seminar. There will be presentation opportunities for all mission companies as part of the seminar. On the surrounding days there will be arranged visits and meetings with shipyards, ship owners and oil companies.

The Brazilian shipbuilding industry is focused on delivering a variety of vessels: Oil & Gas, Patrol/workboat, River and Port Transport.

Currently in the region of 136 vessels are on the order-books. These shipyards and owners are being invited to the event.

*The core program is Monday to Wednesday. If you wish DIT to arrange further meetings on the 22nd or 23rd a cost may be incurred.

There are 12 places available on the Mission and one person per company is preferred unless space is available.

Companies already operating in Brazil are also able to attend.
