SMI Survey into Maritime Autonomous Systems in the UK
The Society of Maritime Industries (SMI) is asking businesses to undertake a short survey to ascertain the scope and size of Maritime Autonomous Systems (MAS) for UK business.
The aggregated data will be used by the newly formed MAS Council in SMI to engage with government stakeholders to demonstrate the economic importance of MAS to the UK and to develop business opportunities for UK enterprises in this sector.
SMI confirms that none of the data collected will be attributable to individual companies and will be collated before dissemination. If you would like to receive a copy of the report please be sure to enter your email address at the end of the survey which should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete if you have access to the numerical data required.
Where possible please provide answers for the calendar year 2015 and only for the UK subsidiary if in overseas ownership.
Contact info@maritimeindustries.org if you would like further information.
