Sponsorship opportunity to support Sailboat challenge for primary school children at Solent EBP Skills Festival
Solent Education and Business Partnership are looking for sponsors to enable a Sailboat Challenge for primary school children to take place at the forthcoming Solent EBP Skills Festival on 3rd November 2011.
The Festival has invited Primary Schools to attend for the first time and has been overwhelmed with the response. 350 pupils will be visiting to experience 'hands-on' activities and learn about the 'World of Work'.
Introducing them to the marine sector and its career opportunities is the Sailboat Challenge. This will enable 200 pupils aged between 5 and 11 to design a rig for a sailboat and race against other pupils.
Solent EBP are looking for a marine company to sponsor the Sailboat Challenge for around £500 and to promote their company alongside the activity.
