Sickness absence costs businesses time and money. Healthy and well motivated staff, mean a healthy business, reduced employee turnover, increased motivation, good customer service and competitive advantage.

SEEDA’s Social Dialogue Forum is offering companies the opportunity to learn how to develop the ‘Healthy Workplace’. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) will be joining with ACAS to show the latest good practice for companies to deal with stress awareness and managing absence.

The events at both locations will commence at 10am and close at 3.30pm with lunch and refreshments being provided.
