New project manager in Kent
Richard Barron has been appointed as the East Kent Marine Project Manager in a joint undertaking between Marine Southeast and the East Kent Partnership.
With a strong background in marketing and strategy as well as a passion for the sea Richard will be looking for opportunities to develop existing businesses, bring innovative new products to the marine market and generally raise the profile of the East Kent Marine industry.
Richard, who is a born and bred Kentish Man, believes that a lot of the Southampton office initiatives can be modified for local conditions and rolled out in Kent thereby reducing the lead time for implementation and creating an early impact on the burgeoning marine sector.
