Marine South East at this year’s SeaWork
Marine south East will again this year have significant presence at SeaWork, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to supporting the growth of the commercial marine sector in the South East.
We will again be sponsoring the Innovation Showcase and Awards, an event that has previously shown the high levels of new technology present in the South East and beyond.
Entries into the Showcase are accepted from Seawork exhibitors and an entry form can be found in the Exhibitor Manual. The entry form requests details about the product or products you want to be considered for entry into the Innovations Showcase. When we receive forms, we check that the products meet the required criteria, ie, that they are new to the commercial marine market within the past 12 months. Provided they are, and the product can be considered new and innovative then it will be accepted.
Also for a second year running Marine South East is hosting a business advice centre. This will include advisors from the Manufacturing, Engineering and Marine Skills Partnership (MEMSP), UK|Ti, Southampton University, the Manufacturing advice Service, Business Link, South East Innovation Relay among others.
