SEMTA Funding available for Management and Leadership
The BMF has secured funding from SEMTA (Science, Engineering & Manufacturing Technologies Alliance) to help companies in Marine Manufacturing and Engineering sector develop their leadership skills.
The aim of the fund is to allow for aspiring leaders from Marine companies to access top-level management development. For Marine companies and particularly the managers of the future the opportunity to attend one of the country's leading Management schools and to mix with delegates from diverse but equally challenging backgrounds is an opportunity not to be missed but one that is difficult to sell internally given the cost of the fees.
Funding is available for up to 50% of the cost of any course fees and courses must start by March 2007.
